Yes, this option is available if you no longer need the ongoing replacement coasters but still want to keep your Social Proof Solutions™ access. We would still require the same 30-days notice to stop the printing & shipping of the coasters to avoid being charged for them. Please refer to the cancellation question below for more clarification. Our support team will reach out to you to assist you with the conversion to a software only subscription. Pricing for a monthly subscription to Social Proof Solutions™ starts at $97/month for the same access you have with Coaster Connect™, with more robust versions available if desired.

If you do not start a new subscription within the first 30 days of your trial offer, your access to Social Proof Solutions™, which is the platform behind Coaster Connect™, will end and you will be unable to access any of the information or data it has captured during the trial period. You will have 30 additional days, following the end of your trial offer, to activate a new subscription to regain access to the platform. After the additional 30 day window, the trial account, and all its data, will be purged from our system.

Once you sign up for a subscription and finalize your design, you can expect to receive your first order of coasters within 10-14 business days. Faster shipping options are available if desired with pricing based on how quickly you want to receive them. Ask us during the onboarding call for specific pricing information.

With Coaster Connect™ 100, you’ll receive 100 custom coasters per month featuring your branding and a QR code for customer reviews. You’ll also have access to Social Proof Solutions™, which helps you monitor, manage, and respond to online reviews. *Coaster Connect™ 200, 300, 500, 700, and 1000 are the same, except you would only receive 200, 300, 500, 700, or 1000 custom coasters per month featuring your branding and a QR code for customer reviews.

Yes, you can make design changes to your coaster with 30 days' notice for a small fee of $49. If we're only updating the URL to redirect it elsewhere, you will only be charged $9.99. This gives you flexibility to update your marketing as needed. 30 days' notice is required due to printing constraints.

While we can certainly provide these quantities if required, due to printing costs for the coasters, it is typically more favorable pricing for our clients in the quantities we have made available. If you prefer one of these quantities, please contact us for special pricing.

CoasterConnect and Social Proof Solutions™ can handle this with ease. Not only will we help you streamline operations across all your locations but we'll work with you to create custom designs and unique QR codes for each location. Each location will require its own unique subscription, however we do offer discount pricing, up to 20% off, on multi-location subscriptions. *Note: multi-location discount pricing cannot be stacked on other discount offers.

You have the freedom to choose how you want to utilize this feature of Coaster Connect™. Social Proof Solutions™ and Coaster Connect™ solve this issue using AI to respond to those reviews and providing you immediate notification so you can follow up whenever necessary.

While we hope that you'll be a happy client for a long time, we understand that there are many other reasons than satisfaction that sometimes result in the need to cancel service. With Coaster Connect™ and Social Proof Solutions™, there are no contract requirements and you may cancel at any time. If you are unhappy with the way the system works for any reason, simply let send us an email at [email protected] and let us know you want to cancel your subscription.

Please note, due to printing requirements and the costs incurred to produce the coasters each month, if you cancel a subscription with less than 30-days notice before it renews, you may be charged for the cost of the coasters but not the software portion of the subscription. We will do our best to accommodate short-notice cancellations whenever possible but we cannot refund the cost of the coasters once they are printed and in the process of delivery.
